Released on September 28.
Major Features/Improvements
Introducing AI Agents (Beta)
- Workflow Explainer Agent v1: Get a clear explanation of any existing Workflow in both business and technical terms, including its logic, Systems, steps, and data flow. This makes it easier to review, hand over, or update Workflows you didn’t build.
- Log Explainer Agent v1: Understand why a Workflow failed, with errors explained in both business and technical terms, so you can resolve issues faster.
- Workflow Builder Agent v1 (Experimental): Describe what you need in plain language, and the agent creates a starting Workflow for you, based on existing Workflow patterns and supported Systems. It currently supports BigCommerce, Epicor P21, and Salesforce. We’ve released it early to gather your feedback, and more improvements are on the way.
Integrator MCP (Beta)
Connect your AI assistant to Integrator through MCP (Model Context Protocol) to search and inspect projects, Workflows, logs, and sync details without leaving the assistant.
For existing customers: Reach out via Support portal to get the MCP connection details and connect Integrator with Claude.
EDI Transaction Logs
Track every inbound and outbound EDI transaction in one place, without digging through raw files or contacting Support.
- Search and filter by status, ICN, GS number, or acknowledgment state.
- View processing history step by step to quickly pinpoint issues.
- Navigate linked documents, such as an order and its acknowledgment.
FTP/SFTP Support in Systems V2
An improved FTP/SFTP System is now available that lets you choose the file format to read or write, making it simpler to prepare files for further processing in your Workflows. Use it to automate file-based exchanges with partners and internal systems, including reading, writing, listing, deleting, renaming, and moving files, as well as creating folders and changing permissions.
Import and Export Snippets
You can now import and export individual Snippets without moving the entire Workflow they belong to. This makes it easier to reuse proven logic across Workflows, which saves rebuild time and reduces configuration errors.
8 New Public Systems
Support for 8 new Public Systems has been introduced. Connect to more of the tools your business already uses:
- Megaventory
- Katana Cloud Inventory
- Spree Commerce
- Turis
- Zoho Inventory
- inFlow Inventory
- Google Sheets
- Shippo
Minor Improvements
- Memory Limit Protection: Integrator now automatically stops a sync that approaches the system memory limit and immediately notifies project owners and admins. This keeps one unusually heavy sync from slowing down or disrupting your other Workflows.
- Reports for Selected Pipes and Workflows: You can now choose specific Pipes and Workflows when triggering a report, so it includes only what you need. If nothing is selected, the report covers all Pipes and Workflows as before.
- Bulk Edit for Dropdown Credential Fields in V2 Systems: When setting up credential fields in the System Builder of V2 Systems, you can now add or edit all dropdown options at once in JSON format. Each option includes a Display Name that users see and a Value that is stored. This makes long lists, such as countries or timezones, much quicker to set up.
- Workflow Search Improvements: Search results now show whether a step is commented out, so you can tell active steps from inactive ones. You can now search by the titles given to decision pathways in Workflows.
- Code Runner Input Limit: Code Runner now supports inputs of up to 6 MB. Larger inputs are not accepted, which helps keep executions stable and predictable.
- Sync Statistics in Project Analytics: Project Analytics now includes synchronization statistics that track successful and failed syncs, making it easier to monitor sync health and spot issues early.
Bug Fixes
Workflows and Pipes
- Workflow import/export: Workflows can now be exported from one project and imported into another without failing.
- Variable references: Renaming a variable now shows a validation error in the Headers and Params sections of the API Call Step and highlights the affected field, making broken references easy to find.
- Data Hub: The Data Hub now shows only the Systems added to the Workflow, with no duplicate entries.
- API Call Step: The API Call Step now shows the correct details as soon as you open it, so you no longer need to save first to see your setup.
- Loop batch size: The Batch Size field in the Loop Step now accepts whole numbers only.
- Console logs: Console log options now reset correctly when logging is turned off and back on. The JSON log viewer also displays large logs and text with apostrophes correctly.
- Auto Scheduler: Deleting an unsaved Auto Scheduler in Pipes and Workflows no longer causes endless loading.
- MySQL Execute action: The failure option now appears in the MySQL Execute action, so Workflow validation no longer fails.
- Grid/List view: Switching between Grid and List view on the Workflows page now works reliably, and the Settings menu shows the correct option.
New Systems
- API test validation: Entering an invalid hostname in the API Manager test now shows an error right away instead of closing the popup.
- Version numbers: Version numbers made up of only special characters are no longer accepted when publishing a System.
- OAuth 2.0 credentials: The form for adding new OAuth 2.0 credentials now opens blank instead of showing previously entered values.
- API Common field: The cursor now stays in place while editing, instead of jumping to the end of the field.
- Add System button: The Add System button now displays correctly for users with Standard access.
Support Tickets
- Ticket search: Search now finds tickets by text in their replies, not only in their descriptions.
- File uploads: Valid TXT, LOG, JSON, and CSV files now upload successfully to Support Tickets.
Projects and Users
- Project invites: Invites are now delivered regardless of uppercase or lowercase letters in the email address.
- Project Documents: Google Sheet links can now be added to Project Documents. Valid TXT, LOG, JSON, and CSV files now upload successfully to Project Documents.
- Access key placeholder: The placeholder text for the access key name in Project Settings has been corrected.
General Bugs
- Pagination: On the Workflows, Pipes, and Systems pages, when you delete the only item on a page, you’re now automatically taken to the previous page. Previously, you’d see an empty “No Record Found” page with no page controls to go back.
